Products  We do our best to provide you with detailed description of our products. However. as many of our items and components are imported from various suppliers all over the world, in some instances we may not be able to provide more information than what is already stated. We would value any feedback that you may have and we endeavor to constantly check on quality of  our products and services.   The length measurement of the earrings is taken without the length of the earrings hooks. The earrings hooks used are made from Rodium unless otherwise stated. 925 Sterling Silver earrings hooks are used on some items. You may request for a change to 925 Sterling Silver earrings hooks at an additional charge of S$3 per pair. Many of our products are one-off pieces, however we may be able to reproduce selected pieces upon request and the availability of components. Please write to infor@galileangifts.com.  We WILL NOT be responsible for any allergic reaction to any of our product components.

Gift-wrapping service   Most of our items come with a pouch or box.  Upon request we can gift-wrap the item at an additional charge of S$2 per item. Free gift-wrapping services for purchase of S$50 and above.  Please indicate if gift wrapping is required upon checking out.   Return policy   Items can be returned within 3 days of you receiving them.  Just return it in the original condition and a full refund of the sale price will be given when we receive the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. They buyer needs to bear the cost of the return postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
